Imagine one of our Executive Chefs stepping into your kitchen and preparing you a sumptuous dish from our signature menu. Or sink softly into silent night sleeps in your very own Dream Bed. That’s QT At Home.

It’s our way of giving our friends the QT experience in the comfort of their own home.

Is QT at Home a subscription service?

No, but you might want it to be.

Is there a minimum order amount?

If you have to ask….Just kidding. Yes, one product.

Does QT at Home offer breakfast, lunch and dinner menus?

Sorry, you’ll have to make your own breakfast.

Where does QT at Home source ingredients from?

Like all of the World’s best chefs, ours have their secrets.

We promise it will be local, fresh and perfect.

How long will the ingredients stay fresh after delivery?

We’ve got clever ways to pack the food which means it will stay fresh for up to 48-hours. But we don’t think you’ll want to wait that long.

Do I need additional ingredients?

Perhaps some olive oil, salt and pepper.

Does QT at Home deliver?

Not yet, but soon. You’ll be the first to know.

Can I order in advance for future days / weeks?

Sure thing. Just select the date in the shopping cart.

Can I pay with a QT Gift Card?

How can we put this….? No, not just yet.

Can I order and pay over the phone?

Everything is done online.

Can I change my nominated pick up date and time after my order has been placed?

Computer says ‘NO’. Once your order is received, we’re onto it. But drop us an email at the hotel where you placed your order and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Although the answer to this question is no – we’re pretty sure you won’t want to change your mind.

Is there any cooking expected of me?

The chef has prepared a dish that will need only the slightest touch from you. This means it’s served as close to perfection as possible. (There’s a note from the chef in the box).

Do you accommodate dietary requests?

When we asked chef this question…well his look said everything. Please refer to our product pages for a list of ingredients.

What if I have allergies?

Sorry we don’t recommend our meals to anyone who suffers from a food allergy.
